We look forward to the selected council and chapter leaders from the Mid-South region of the United States joining us for our Council and Chapter Leadership Workshop. Council and Chapter Presidents, Membership Chairs, Legislative Chairs/Liaisons, and Surviving Spouse Liaisons from the following states are being invited from the Mid-South region: AL, AR, GA, LA, MS, TN.

The purpose of this workshop is to bring top council and chapter leaders together to share best practices and discuss chapter management, legislative advocacy, and impactful community service—just to name a few—as we work together to strengthen MOAA’s council and chapter system.

When registering for this event, please pay special attention to the detailed instructions contained in the email invitation you receive. Space for this event is limited.  Attire is casual (polo shirt/open collar).

We are incorporating social distancing protocols into our event planning to the greatest extent possible.

Please do not attend if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the workshop or have COVID-19 symptoms. If attending in person, all participants, including MOAA national board and staff members, must be fully vaccinated or test negative for COVID-19 within 72 hours before the events. We will continue monitoring local, state, and national regulations and will advise you if any changes are necessary in our planned protocols. With your cooperation, we believe we can execute a safe and successful workshop.
